What to check
- Paid annual leave is an employment right under umowa o pracę: for full-time work it is 20 days below 10 years' qualifying service or 26 days from 10 years. Education periods can count under the Labour Code rules.
- It is proportionate for part-time work; do not ignore unused leave when employment ends.
- For zlecenie, dzieło or B2B, paid leave exists only if the agreement provides it.
- If a necessary fact is unknown, use the verification route rather than assuming that you qualify.
