Accessibility

Introduction

DryRights aims to make legal and procedural information accessible to as many people as possible, including users with disabilities.

Standard

The target level for the main user journey is WCAG 2.2 AA.

As of this statement, the website is in active development and has not completed a full independent conformance audit. DryRights therefore does not claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance.

Measures currently considered

  • semantic headings;
  • keyboard navigation;
  • visible focus;
  • text labels for controls;
  • responsive design;
  • contrast;
  • Ukrainian and English localisation;
  • understandable result messages;
  • avoiding reliance on colour alone;
  • a skip link at the start of every page to jump straight to the main content.

Known limitations

  • some older records contain technical English fields;
  • not every document is available as an accessible PDF;
  • some interactive elements still require screen-reader testing;
  • external government websites are outside DryRights' control;
  • Easy Language is not yet available for every route.
