About DryRights
DryRights is an independent legal-information platform that helps people understand a rule, identify the competent authority and move towards the correct official action.
We convert complex official sources into structured materials covering eligibility, responsible institutions, documents, fees, deadlines, procedural steps, rights while waiting, renewal and appeal.
Why DryRights exists
Legal and administrative information may be formally public but still fragmented across laws, government portals, regional authorities, forms and separate instructions. A person can find dozens of pages and still not understand what applies to their situation.
DryRights was created to reduce the distance between official information and practical action.
What we are building
The main product is DryRights Navigator — a practical navigator for public and legal procedures. A user selects a country and task, answers a limited set of questions and receives an indicative personalised route with links to official sources.
Additional areas include:
- an encyclopedia of licences and digital rights;
- personal-data protection and privacy;
- structured registries of authorities and official sources;
- change monitoring and version archives.
Our principles
- official primary sources have priority;
- the verification date should be visible;
- unverified information is labelled;
- legal information is not presented as individual legal advice;
- only the minimum necessary personal data should be collected;
- critical basic information should remain free;
- accessibility is considered during design;
- users can report errors and corrections are handled transparently.
Founder
DryRights was founded and is led by Maliborskiy Vitaliy, a Ukrainian war veteran with an officially recognised disability.
The initiative is currently operated through a Ukrainian sole proprietor officially recognised as a veteran entrepreneurship entity.
Current stage
DryRights is in active development and pilot preparation. The platform already includes a country registry, a licence encyclopedia and a working pilot for Polish migration procedures.
Some features may be labelled beta, preview or in preparation. Such a label means that the functionality or content is still being reviewed.
Independence
DryRights is not a public authority, law firm or official representative of the institutions referenced on the platform. It does not sell authority rankings and does not replace a formal decision by a competent body.
