Important

Polish purchase, EU import or customs release — Normally 30 days; 90 days for a qualifying vehicle-trade business

Start with customs release and the foreign ownership/registration record; conformity, technical inspection, translation and fiscal evidence are conditional.
Do not use a non-EU import route as a substitute for customs or tax clearance.
After the applicable steps, register with the competent authority and confirm OC before road use.
