What to check
- TBS/SIM is not automatically available municipal housing and does not have one Poland-wide eligibility list. Check whether your gmina or city has an open recruitment.
- Request the official conditions for that recruitment: income, household, contribution/charges, tenancy term, documents and any appeal route provided locally.
- If a necessary fact is unknown, use the verification route rather than treating the condition as confirmed.
