Current 2026 KSeF timetable
From 1 February 2026, the issuing obligation covered taxpayers whose 2024 gross sales exceeded PLN 200 million, and receiving invoices in KSeF has generally been mandatory from that date. From 1 April 2026, the issuing obligation extended to other taxpayers; invoiced sales of up to PLN 10,000 gross per month have a transition until 1 January 2027.
