What to do
1. Check in the official service whether the obligation or available path already applies to your form.
2. Create and activate the address through the official channel and retain confirmation.
When an address is required
New CEIDG or KRS registrations from 1 January 2025 provide the address data at registration. A CEIDG business registered before that date needs an address from 1 October 2026; changing the entry after 30 June 2025 also triggers the requirement. For a KRS business registered before 1 January 2025, the date was 1 April 2025.
How to set it up
Submit the electronically signed application in Biznes.gov.pl through a person entitled to represent the business. Activate the mailbox after it is created; a CEIDG/KRS business using the public provider accesses it through Konto Przedsiębiorcy. This is not an ordinary CEIDG data-change task.
