What to check
- For employees, the basic norm is generally 8 hours per day and an average of 40 hours per week in the applicable settlement period. Systems and exceptions exist.
- Overtime, night work and work on rest days have separate rules. A Labour Code regime does not arise automatically for zlecenie or B2B.
