What to check
- From 1 January 2026, the minimum monthly remuneration for full-time work is PLN 4,806 gross and the hourly minimum is PLN 31.40 gross where the law applies.
- Part-time minimum pay is proportionate. Do not treat the monthly figure as an automatic rule for every civil-law contract.
- If a necessary fact is unknown, use the verification route rather than assuming that you qualify.
