- Check the document heading, parties, obligation and payment method. Umowa o pracę creates employment; zlecenie is a civil-law obligation to perform; dzieło is an obligation to deliver a defined result.
- Invoices, your own business and responsibility for your own contributions can indicate B2B. If the document and actual work conflict, keep the issue for verification.
- If a necessary fact is unknown, use the verification route rather than assuming that you qualify.
