Notarial act for occasional tenancy
A fee may apply only in the stated circumstances; check whether they apply to you.
The notary's remuneration for the declaration cannot exceed one tenth of the current minimum remuneration for work; it is not an administrative tenancy fee.
With the notary

Important

Start of occasional tenancy — The owner notifies the competent tax office within 14 days from the start of the agreement.
Loss of the declared alternative accommodation — The tenant must identify another dwelling and provide its owner's consent within 21 days; otherwise this can ground termination under the statutory procedure.
