What to do
1. Register the birth through the competent Civil Registry Office using the current official procedure. Prepare the information that office requests for registration.
2. A birth certificate records the event; it does not automatically determine citizenship or residence basis.
3. After registration, check PESEL, the child's document and the status route separately.
